Open the Pool by Folding the Cover
The folding structure changes position rather than parking as a single flat deck beside the pool. This can suit a different site arrangement from a sliding deck, but it does not remove the need for storage space. The complete movement envelope, raised panels and mechanism all need clearance.
Review Movement and Mechanism Space
Send a plan showing the pool, walls, proposed folding side, surrounding levels and available installation space. Pit requirements, drainage, access and supports depend on the chosen arrangement. Do not start construction from a general illustration or historical catalogue drawing.
Structure and Operating Precautions
Hinges, actuators and moving panels create areas that need careful design and controlled access. Structural loads, wind exposure, locking and power-loss behaviour should be reviewed for the actual project. A closed deck appearance is not a general approval for walking or placing furniture on every configuration.
Confirm the Kit and Local Works
The quotation identifies the cover frame, mechanism, operating equipment and any finish or accessory items included. Site fabrication, electrical work, drainage and decorative finishing responsibilities are agreed separately. Final dimensions and configuration are confirmed before production.
